Our friend Theo is restoring a Harley Davidson W from 1919, this has a rather rare boxer engine. The engine is already rebuilt but the tank was still missing, so we will be making a new tank from skratch.

PART 6

Last Friday while Aad and me were already working on the next project, Theo was measuring and drilling all the holes in the tanks for shifter, fuelvalves, oillines, fuellines etcetera. He had brought the engine over and hung it in the frame, so ofcourse I had to take some pictures.

The engine has already been rebuilt, in fact we made a movie of the first time it was started, see link below. It will be fun to watch this bike get built up, it is a beautifull bike and Theo is a good guy to have around in the workshop.
