While working on the wiring we decided to hide the ignition switch and charging point under the seat, but this will make it more difficult to access the oilfilter which now doubles as a filler opening. We decided it would be more practical to add an oiltank filler opening in a more accesible place.


The whole oiltank has been covered with a mix of tin and lead to smooth it and to make sure there will be no leaks, so before adding the new filler tube, Aad sanded the whole thing. After welding on the new filler, more lead was added in that area and the whole thing sanded again. Now, back to the wiring!
