We made the kickstarter pedal in the same shape as the stock
one, but from a much nicer and superstrong material called Aluminium-Bronze.
I really liked the "click" mechanism in the stock
kickstarter that uses a little spring and ball-bearing to fix
the pedal in bothe in and out position, so we used the same
system in the new kicker.
A new stock Triumph kicker rubber was fitted and since the
weather was nice, we decided to take the bike off the table
and take it outside for some pics. Always good when building
a bike to take it off the table once in a while and look at
it from different angles!
The pretty lady in the pics is Aad's daughter Rudi, who happened
to come home from work just as we were taking pics of the bike!
Now back inside for the next step, I have a really crazy
idea for a special sidestand!!
