We had planned to
buy some stainless steel ball-joints but none of them looked quite
right so we decided to make our own. A lot of work but the result
is worth it I think.
We put a tiny M3
setscrew in each balljoint that will be hidden when all is assembled
on the bike. The pivot pins are aluminium-bronze. Everything else
316 stainless steel.
