We machined the first 2 bends together so they would be exact
mirror copies of eachother. I had already figured out the correct
angle using my Cadmodels, so we got it right the first time.
Aad polished both pipes before welding them together, because
after welding the area between the bends will be hard to reach.

 

Aad couldn't resist checking out the first set on his Buell, then we
test-fitted it on Harry's bike , so the carb would be as close to the
tank as possible. Without touching the tank ofcourse.
