WEBER IDF CARBS

This week Jacco finished CNC machining the topsides of all the
carb-flanges, including the O-ring grooves. In the meantime the
O-rings I had ordered arrived. Aad and me started working on
the single flange that goes on the engine side of the manifold.

We made the O-ring groove in a lathe, then we machined a tool
from 2 lengths of solid steel to help shape the short piece of
pipe that fits between the engine-flange and the 2 bends. We made
a second tool that helps keep the engine-flange flat while we
deform the pipe. It worked even better than expected!

We can make these manifolds to fit with any fueltank,
4 of the 10 we are making are already spoken for,
if you want to buy 1 of the other 6 manifolds
mail me.
