WEBER IDF CARBS

Our latest project:
Aad and me are making 10 intake manifolds that
fit Weber IDF carbs onto Harleys. We have made
all the aluminum bends, and Johan is CNC machining
all the necessary flanges from my CAD designs.

 
 

The fronts of all the flanges have already been machined
with beautifull rounded corners, the backs of all the flanges
will have O-ring grooves for superior sealing.

 
 

Harry and I have decided to play guinea-pig by offering
to test the first 2 manifolds, the other 8 will be offered for
sale on this site, polished or glass-beaded.
