We continue work on the rear brakeline and master cylinder
|
| The thread in the master cylinder was in bad shape so we machined
a new threaded bung and silver soldered that in place. We made
a banjo bolt from scratch that incorporates a nipple for the hard
line. The hardline was routed around the front exhaust and under
the transmission where the brake switch is located, and then up
under the oiltank where it connects to the section of flexible
brakeline. |
We added some tabs on the swingarm
with rubber inserts to keep the brakeline away from the chain
and tire. |
