Project started October 2023,
Before continuing with the hydraulic clutch, I forgot to show you how the rear pipe is mounted to the frame. The 8mm steel bracket might be a bit overkill but at least we won't lose that pipe. We pais special attention to making this bike easy to work on, just one allen bolt needs to be removed to remove the rear pipe.

For the hydraulic clutch we wanted to make a hardline but ofcourse we did not have a banjo bolt that would work so we modified one by silver soldering a bit of the correct thread to an old banjo that we cut off.

We removed the primary for easy acces to the master cylinder, made a little bracket to hang the fluid reservoir behind the primary. That plastic cover will be replaced by a metal one later.

We had to replace the plastic nipple for the remote reservoir as it interfered with the inner primary cover, so we made a metal version with a more suitable angle. All these little things take time but we are getting there; the hydraulic clutch works now so next time we will make a clutch pedal.
