First job this week was adding oilline connections and pressure
testing the oiltank, there were a few tiny leaks but all is
fixed now.

Before starting on the forward controls
we mocked up some footpegs to get the most comfortable sitting
position for Aad. We even improvised a seat, haha. It turned
out to be hard to tell without handlebars, which we had removed
to install an internal throttle, so we finished that first... |
We installed a Müller
internal throttle, which in my opinion is the best quality one
available. We made a little exit for the throttle cable by heating
and deforming the drilled hole, this way the throttle cable
will not damage and we think it looks nicer this way.

Now it was possible to properly test the seating and footpeg
position, which I had to try myself also. We will use parts
of an old sprocket to create the clutch pedal, first we will
do a quick and dirty version to figure out the dimensions and
then a slightly nicer version.
