Assembled most of the bike this week, I am building up this bike to be completely street legal as I need to have it inspected to get papers. I found some stock 2008 Sportster 1200 mufflers cheap on Marktplaats (dutch version of Ebay) that should help in getting the bike through the soundtest.

Rear pipe interferes with the frame so I will need to modify it a bit. The frame has no chain tensioners so I will need to fab something with a skateboard wheel. Rear fender needs to be extended 30 degrees past the center of the wheel, front fender needs to be assembled, wiring needs to be built from skratch, bike needs a speedo, horn, mirrors, taillight, blinkers etcetera......
