I designed some upper fork shrouds for
this bike using the CAD version, and when I was happy with the
looks I 3d printed one of them fullsize to try it on the bike
Using the 3d print I made some final tweaks, mostly reducing the gap at the bottom, and then sent the CAD file off for 5-axis CNC machining
They fit quite nicely so I took the shrouds
off for some serious Aad Heemskerk polishing, like only he can
do it! A few more mods are planned for the winter and then I will
take the bike off the table!
