The new stainless steel fuelline has been polished ad Aad made some stainless steel banjo bolts to match from a piece of hexbar.

 

Next thing was to fix all the different hardware on the cases; there were hex bolts, socketheads, steel and stainless so we decided to switch everything to stainless steel sockethead capscrews, which meant several bolts had to be custommade. All hand polished ofcourse, also polished the inspection plug on the primary by the way.

 
 
 
 

on the bottom of the Amal carb floatbowls were some ugly plastic caps. so we decided to make some brass replacements. Still experimenting with what shape will look best.
