Another week, another part! In the first
pic you can see the replica upper tree (from India), we figured
we would make a more precise version with better materials and
tolerances. As you can see we started with machined parts that
Aad welded together, all the critical machining was done after
the welding by the way
As with the other parts we made, the finished
part was grinded, filed and texturized to resemble a cast part.
Since we came this far already,
we will also make the rockers and when finished will only have
used the springs and dampner of the replica forks.
