In this episode we continue with the frame

 
 
 

With the frame still in the jig we welded all the bits we could reach such as seat tube, bottom horizontal tubes and where the front downtubes connect with the neck

 
 
 
 

Getting the brazed connection between the front downtibes and the neck was the trickiest part, as the sleeves were getting hotter than the the tubes that were inside them. By taking the frame out of the jig and positioning it with the neck down we finally got a good connection. Apart from the neck most welds were done with MIG to create the same look as the factory welds, but a bit neater haha.
