I continued working on the throttle linkage, in order to avoid visible cables as much as possible. The nut for the top motormount doubles as the base for the throttle linkage. I machined 2 flat sides so it will stay in position and also made 2 small bronze bearings. All the rest is stainless steel and will be fully polished later.

 
To make the "arm" at the bottom of the pivot shaft I put a piece of stainless in my lathe with a nut between the material and one of the 3 jaws of the chuck, allowing me to machine a little excentric part resembling a crankshaft. I then sanded and machined away the extra material. The rod that transfers the rotation of the shaft to the carb will be made with some tiny balljoints that are normally used in the suspension of RC cars...
