A few weels ago I was wondering what this bike would look like with the new handlebars and a bigger headlight, so I started by doing some renderings:

The lever iitself was first folded from stainless steel sheet and then curved under a hand press. The pivot was made from a piece of bronze. Quite a bit of polishing was done, and the n finally the handlebars were dulled again with scotchbrite. Once this was done (a few weeks ago) the handlebars were installed and the bike started for the first time since the rebuild.
