We used the rapid prototype to make a welding jig, then started fabricating an aluminum version of the manifold. We will be making the second manifold live at the Bike Expo in Rosmalen in a few weeks, this one we will complete beforehand so we will know what tools to bring and what the best method of fabrication is.

The idea is to weld the inside of the flange so the corners on the outside remain sharp
