-Fueltank: This week Aad was completing the welding on the Superglide tank when he found that the material was extremely thin on some places. I should have checked that before doing all the work, for now we will continue with some of the other parts while deciding what to do with the tank.

-Gearbox: The part where the driveshaft attaches to the gearbox (see arrow) needed replacing because 2 of the 4 threads were bad. To remove this part you need a special tool so I figured I might as well make a few extra. I made a CAD drawing and had 5 of them lasercut in stainless steel, the other 4 are for sale. I like special tools!

-Springer: When assembling the springer forks on the frame I noticed the big nut between neck and top tree. I had no tool to fasten this without damaging it and after looking through all my parts catalogs I saw that none of them have a tool for this nut either! I made a CAD drawing again and had 5 special tools lasercut in stainless steel. Works like a charm! The other 4 are for sale , I'm sure there are other people out there who will get a kick out of this tool.
