After many many hous finally both headers and end pieces were polished so we testfit them one more time on the bike before joining them together, once again welding with backing gas.

 
 


 
 

The stainless steel exhaust clamps also got a quick polish, in the picture one is done and the other isn't yet. Next week we will focus on the exhaust mounts, and although the plan is to ride the bike in bare metal first we are already experimenting with paint ideas, at the moment we are thinking green but that may very well change, haha
