We decided to build new chain tensioners from stainless steel,
making them a bit sleeker and better looking. The caps of the
chaintensioners were only machined on the inside and the rest
shaped by beltsander.
This sort of work is very time consuming but very satisfying
to do. The chain tensioner nuts were also made from scratch, using
a very strong aluminium-bronze material. Of cousrse we now also
need to make a new rear axle and axle nut to match...
