We decided to use a 4.50 x 18" Firestone rear tire, we put it
on for
mockup now, but will be powdercoating hub and rim later.
To line up wheels and chain on the jig-table Aad made an aluminum
rod that fits
in table and frametube and holds the rear wheel 1/4" above the
table.
Using 4 steel bars in the jig-table Aad lined up the front wheel exactly.

With the front wheel centered Aad welded a tab on the frame so that
the frame stays
straight while we work on the bike. The 19" front wheel could
now be removed, and we
tried a 21". This looks much better, will get a spoolhub later.
