After a busy summer the time has arrived to get back to work on the Triumph,
while working on other projects we have been collecting cool parts...

We started by making seatmounts, the Biltwell hinge was lowered to get
the front of the seat as close to the frame as possible

 

I love the ribs on the bottom of that Biltwell seat. The springs had a very loose fit on
the seat and on the frame bungs, so Aad made some Delrin plugs for a nice tight fit.

 
 

Seat is tacked in place, next week we will modify the finned primary
by welding the top filler hole for a cleaner look
