Aad made a kickstarter pedal from stainless steel, bronze and aluminum. The pattern in the pedal was made on the lathe, cutting 2 threads with a very long pitch in opposite directions using a roundtipped cutting tool....

We found a cast kickstarter cover with built in hydraulic clutch at W&W, but the piston and cup of the clutch were no longer available so Aad made the internals himself.

I made a quick sketch for the midcontrols and Aad fabricated themfrom stainless steel in the same style as the other brackets on this bike.
