Aad's intake manifold

Aad wanted his Weber IDF as close to the frame as possible, so we made a special intake manifold. The flange was CNC machined from my CAD drawing, the tubes were bent from aluminum tube and the part that connects to the heads was made from a cast S&S manifold. We clamped the parts in a heavy steel jig to keep the manifold from distorting from the welding heat. The final pieces we made using paper templates, more pics next week.....
