Project started
October 2023,
We started on the rear fender, beginning with jamming
a wooden beam between frame and ceiling and then raising the
table to find maximum compression of the springs. We had a leftover
piece of fender from Adele's Sportster (Cadbike 60) which was
a good starting point

| The old Sportster fender had several bungs welded on and also
a pocket for the battery, so all this needed to be removed. Also
the Sportster had the cutout for the chain on the right side,
and the knucklehead has the chain on the left, so we had to make
a patch for the missing piece. |
Now we have a starting point, we
will continue adding and removing metal untill it looks good,
it won't sit as high as it does in the last picture, don't worry |
