In the last episode I had 2 possible rear fenders, one was a bit too tight and the other one a bit too loose.. We taped some 6 mm electrical wire to the tire as that is how much clearance I want. Then Aad did some of his magic with stretcher, english wheel and planishing hammer until it fit perfectly. He also showed me how to heat up a "stroopwafel" with a paint stripper, tastes much better that way!

I took the fender back to my barn and testfitted it on the bike, much better! I will do some reshaping on the ends but this is a very good start. I also scored some finned exhaust clamps on Ebay, nice!

Bought me a very nice chain tool from Kellerman, makes installing and removing chain links so much easier!
