Removed the 3" front pully using an electric impact wrench, becauseI had no compressor available at this location. Worked better than expected! The plan I have for this bike is to adjust the rear chain by moving the gearbox forward, and then adjusting the narrow primary belt using the rollerbearing belt tensioner inside the primary. To test if it would work I cut an old broken inner primary in half, looks like it will work!

Of course I will fabricate something a bit better looking later, the main priority now is to pass tech-inspection and get papers. The bearing support needed to be offset 1/4" because that is how much the rear chain is offset, so I am making some spacers.
