My BMW Bobber, part 3
CAD version here

I stripped the last of the paint off and found quite a lot of filler and a lot of small dents. Because the tunnel had been removed earlier it was quite easy to remove the dents by putting the tank on a thick wooden workbench and tapping out the dents from the inside with a wooden hammer. (Use wood because this way the metal does not stretch)
Aad welded in the mounting ring for the CSC Speedster gascap and welded on the rib while I diasassembled and cleaned the front brake parts.

I blasted the aluminum parts with a coarse grit because there will be soming modifying and welding going on with these parts and they all needed to be measured and modeled in CAD.
These drumbrake parts used to be on a BMW R90/S
